All CoolWheels are covered by Onsite Warranty Services within Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia).
Procedures:
- Contact CoolWheel Care support here
- Our expert team will contact you and have an initial diagnosis
- If the issue cannot be solved on the customer side, we will arrange a pickup by GDEX to your doorstep
- The technical team will investigate the hoverboard and determine the warranty status of the returned hoverboard
- The unit will be repaired at no cost if the issue is covered by warranty, or else, the fee will be charged upon the agreement with the customer
- The unit will be couriered back to the customer
For customers from East Malaysia, the customers have to ship the CoolWheel hoverboard back to our office at the following address:
