All CoolWheels are covered by Onsite Warranty Services within Peninsular Malaysia (West Malaysia).

Procedures:

  1. Contact CoolWheel Care support here
  2. Our expert team will contact you and have an initial diagnosis 
  3. If the issue cannot be solved on the customer side, we will arrange a pickup by GDEX to your doorstep
  4. The technical team will investigate the hoverboard and determine the warranty status of the returned hoverboard
  5. The unit will be repaired at no cost if the issue is covered by warranty, or else, the fee will be charged upon the agreement with the customer
  6. The unit will be couriered back to the customer

For customers from East Malaysia, the customers have to ship the CoolWheel hoverboard back to our office at the following address:
